Opened or used items cannot be returned (except for defective/damaged products).

Process:

Email support@jaoraskineffective.com for a return authorization.

Ship your product back using a trackable service. (Customer covers return shipping unless defective/damaged.)

Once inspected and approved, refunds are issued within 7 days.

Exchanges:
We replace defective/damaged items with the same product. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
